Icelandic Farm Holidays an 'Outstanding company' 2015

The strongest in Iceland

Icelandic Farm Holidays has been acknowledged for being an 'Outstanding company' for the sixth year running and for contributing to the future of the Icelandic economy, according to an annual assessment by credit information provider Creditinfo.

Icelandic Farm Holidays is among the top 1,9% of Icelandic companies to fulfil the strict conditions required by Creditinfo to receive this acknowledgement. The assessment is based on a thorough analysis and evaluation of strength and stability. Out of the 35,000 companies registered in the corporations directory, only 682 fulfilled the conditions.

We at Icelandic Farm Holidays are very proud to be in the group of Iceland’s strongest companies in 2015 as well as our achievement of staying on the list from its foundation in 2010.

About the "Strongest in Iceland" certification:

Certification such as this is widely recognized in countries around the world, but in larger economies the conditions for the awards are not as strict as those in Iceland. Creditinfo believes that in smaller economies, it is more important to assess a company’s strength through the stability of their operation performance over time, as opposed to only one fiscal year. This long-term assessment prevents the inclusion of companies that cannot withstand market fluctuations, such as was the case in the 2008 economic collapse. More info on the Creditinfo website.
