Excellent salmon fishing season

The season for salmon fishing has been excellent recently. Not only is the catch outstanding, the fish is also larger.  Angling is a sport that is getting more and more popular every year in Iceland.  It is very refreshing to enjoy the outdoors by fishing in a lake or a river.

Looking forward to the autumn

  
Autumn is a great time to travel in Iceland.  It is the time of year when nature is at her most colourful. September is sometimes sunnier than August though the wind and rain can be involved.  It cost less to travel in the Autumn and we recommend that you buy our Open vouchers to use as a payment for the accommodation.
