From Selfoss village: Leave Selfoss heading to Reykjavík on road no. 1. After only about 10 km you see Hotel Eldhestar on your left.
 
From Hveragerði village: Leave Hveragerði heading to Selfoss on road no. 1.  After only about 2 km you see Hotel Eldhestar on your right.
