From Selfoss: Leave Selfoss heading to Hella on road no. 1. Stay on for 42 km. Turn left onto road no. Z6. Stay on for 17 km. On the left side you will find farm Heimaland.

From Sprengisandur: Stay on road no. 26. Heimaland is located around 60 km from Hrauneyjar.
