The environment is beautiful and peaceful with interesting walking and hiking trails.

Places of interest: Skaftafell National Park, Jökulsárlón glacial lagoon, Lakagígar Craters and Eldgjá.

How to find?

Kirkjubæjarklaustur: Leave Kirkjubæjarklaustur on road no. 1 towards Höfn. Drive for about 20 km, turn right towards Dalshöfði. Drive for about 6 km until you reach the farm Dalshöfði.
 
Skaftafell National Park: Leave Skaftafell heading to Kirkjubæjarklaustur village. Drive about 50 km and turn left towards Dalshöfði. Drive for about 6 km until you reach the farm Dalshöfði.
