Skálafell I n Suðursveit is by road no. 1, between Höfn and Kirkjubæjarklaustur.

Distance from:
Höfn:  From Höfn you drive around 40 km heading Skaftafell/Reykjavík and you will see the sign for the farm Skalafell.
Skaftafell:  From Skaftafell heading to Höfn you  drive 58 km and there you will find the farm Skalafell.
Kirkjubæjarklaustur: 160 km.
