How to find? By road no. 845
From Húsavík: Leave Húsavík on road no. 85 heading for Akureyri. After about 20 km then road no. 85 takes a left turn, do NOT take that turn, but continue into road no. 845. After only about 1 km you find farm Garður on your right.
From Akureyri: Leave Akureyri heading to Húsavík on road no. 1. Stay on road no. 1 for about 45 km when you need to turn left into road no. 85. After about 25 km on road no. 85 you come to an intersection where you need to turn right into road no. 845. After only about 1 km you find farm Garður on your right.
From Mývatn (Reykjahlíð village): Leave Reykjahlíð heading on Akureyri on road no. 1. After about 40 km you need to take a right turn into road no. 845. Stay on road no. 845 for about 15 km when you find farm Garður on your left.
