How to find? By road no. 1
From Borgarnes: as you leave village Borgarnes, direction Akureyri on road no. 1 then you come to a traffic circle. Take the exit into road no 1 in direction of Akureyri. You need to drive for about 35 on raod no 1 before you see Hraunsnef farm on your left.
From Akureyri: you take road no. 1 in direction of Reykjavík. You find Hraunsnef on your right after some 280 km (about 35 km before you come to the village Borgarnes).
